Small & Measurable: Practical Goals for Practical Success

As a marketing & sales professional who deals in real world, realistic, and measurable setting of goals, I am often amazed at how many businesses set goals. Many goals are arbitrary, lofty, and not based on sound information. This 3 punch combination is a recipe for disaster.
